The
Amity Point Community Club Inc. at Amity Point, North
Stradbroke Island is a licensed Club, but is also a
family Club.
The
Club was formed in 1985 and in 1994 we moved into our
new Clubhouse after raising the money with voluntary
labour.
The clubs new log pole constructed premises, now allows
for more space than the old club house and even includes
wheel chair ramp access.
As the popularity of the community club grows we will
continue raising more funds to bring the best services
to our members.

Jetty
to fish off ! |

It
is a short walk to the swimming beach and jetty
on Moreton Bay. Also,
within walking distance is the beautiful Flinders
surfing beach.
We have a playground area for children and an enclosed
area for toddlers on the verandah. We have a fully
air-conditioned poker machine room with free tea
and coffee.
Entertainment
Live bands and dancing are held regularly.Poker
machines, Sky Channel, Pool Tables, Video Games
and Darts. |

The
Ship's Galley is the resident restaurant service provided
by Amity Point Community Club.
The restaurant serves for dine in or take away from
an extensive menu of fresh seafood, succulent steaks,
pasta and chicken dishes. Most of our delicious sweets
are homemade, and a variety of children's meals are
available at very affordable prices.
Open
for Lunch & Dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.
During Holiday periods the Restaurant is open 7 days
per week.
We are always happy to incorporate catering for Bus
Trips, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Business Functions
etc.

and the Ship’s Galley has several menu's to choose

courtesy bus is available on Friday and Saturday nights
for patrons from Amity Point and Flinder’s Beach.

bus commences it’s pick up to the club at
5.45pm and
continues
to pick up at 6.05pm, 6.25pm, 6.45pm, 7.05pm and 7.30
pm. It makes it’s return trips from
the club every half hour commencing at 8.30pm |

Fishing
Club
|
The
Amity Point Fishing Club
is organised by and for Community Club members
and their children.

|
|
|

|
Some
very big fish have been caught!
as well as large quantities
of Whiting, Bream, Dart and Mackerel,
at our fishing competitions.
|
|
These
local fishermen could advise anglers on the best fishing
spots.
